The end result is a structural repair that exceeds ASTM F1216 Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Specification.   Plus, the lined pipe is stronger than the existing host pipe!

Perma-Liner^TM has developed a non-intrusive way to correct Main Line Sewer Pipeline and Lateral Pipeline connection problems! Our 100% Epoxy InnerSeal^TM resin technology has excellent bonding properties and does not contain styrene.  The Epoxy resin will not shrink and will seal water infiltration during the entire process!

At Perma-Liner™, we manufacture and inspect the finest quality raw materials for our felt liner.  Our materials are upheld to meet the most rigorous testing requirements.  Particular density, strength, even fiber distribution, and thickness specifications guarantee a Perma-Liner^TM quality product.  Our liner is our liner is uniformly PVC coated, with no existing pinholes and even weight distribution.  Each coated roll of felt is sample tested to ensure our product meets your exact project requirements.
