PERMA-LINER™ INNER-SEAL™ INNER-WRAP™ SYSTEM
Experience The Perma-Liner™ Difference
Perma-Liner™ has developed an easy and non-intrusive way to correct Lateral Pipeline and Main Line Sewer Pipeline connection problems.
The InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ Lateral Connection Seal is another quality product released by Perma-Liner™ for the rehabilitation of the lateral to mainline connection point. The unique materials are designed to be placed from within the main sewer pipeline and launched into the lateral creating a water tight seal at the main / lateral connection point. The lateral is also lined at the same time, correcting any damaged pipe sections and preventing roots from growing into the pipeline
The InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ resin technology is 100% solids epoxy. This resin formulation is an ambient cure and can be modified for steam curing. The ambient cure formulation has excellent bonding properties in all pipe materials and does not contain styrene. Our Epoxy resin does not shrink and will seal off water infiltration during the application.
The InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ Connection Seal can rehabilitate from 6” to 24” sewer mains with 3” to 8” lateral tye-ins. This system is user friendly and allows the installer to provide a structural liner connection with 22’s, 45’s and 90 degree connections
The Perma-Lateral™ ambient cure resin is formulated to meet the installer's needs. Perma-Liner™ has formulated its resin for all working temperatures. The Perma-Lateral™ epoxy resin will provide you plenty of working time with a 3 hour cure time. The epoxy is pre-formulated and shipped to you in 5 gallon containers. The formulation is a 2-part mix. You simply measure the quantity of resin needed and introduce it into the liner. There's no waste of materials. This system is user friendly!
How the InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ System Works
Below are the steps on how the InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ system works
 |
 |
The InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ Skeleton Assembly
Resin impregnated liner attached to InnerSeal™Innerwrap™ skeleton.
A pre- manufactured, needle punched felt liner material made to match the geometry of the service connection is impregnated with a two-part 100% solids epoxy resin. The liner material is then positioned inside the skeleton exposing the InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ connection liner. |
The InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ Skeleton is Positioned at the Service Connection
Skeleton is attached to an articulating robot which will line up the main bladder with the service connection.
A winch pulls the skeleton through the main line to the service connection to be repaired. An articulating robot precisely aligns the independent main bladder opening so that it is directly facing the service connection. |
 |
 |
The Sealing Process
Independent lateral bladder inflates out of the main bladder, inverting the InnerSeal™Innerwrap™ liner into the service connection.
The independent lateral bladder is air inverted into the service connection. The specially formulated resin is allowed to cure with or without the use of external heat. |
Completion of the Installation
Completed watertight seal at the service connection showing the “T” fitting and cured liner
The independent lateral bladder and main bladder are deflated and the positioning tool removed from the main line. Repair of the defective connection is complete. The process results in a watertight service connection seal and a structurally sound, solid connection with a minimum life expectancy of 50 years. |

TURN-KEY TRAILER SYSTEM
Consistant Installations!
The InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ installation is controlled from the operator’s station inside the enclosed “turn- key” trailer system. The operator can control the direction of the repair skeleton and position the skeleton into the lateral connection. The operator’s station also allows full control of the inversion pressure in order to secure the liner properly against the host pipelines.
Perma-Liner™ InnerSeal™ Innerwrap™ “Turn Key” Trailers now available…everything included!
