PULL-IN-PLACE DESIGNED FOR USE IN 8" DIAMETER OR SMALLER PIPELINES
The Perma-Liner Pull In Place System was designed for use in 8” diameter and smaller pipelines. It can rehabilitate lines down to a size of 2”. The liner can negotiate 22, 45, and sweeping 90° bends with ease. Jobs can usually be completed within a half days work.
The system uses a needled felt coated liner that is saturated with 100% solids epoxies and inflated using an internal bladder. The bladder is already strung in the liner from the manufacturer. All that is needed is liner saturation and insertion into the pipeline and the job is complete. The epoxy is ambient cured in less than three hours; therefore no secondary heat source is needed.
The system can be used to line a continuous run of pipe, or multiple runs of pipe. This allows the Perma-Liner Pull In Place installer the ability to line a pipe and skip the lateral connections. This system is perfect for interior drain work, under slab work, pipe requiring multiple reinstatements.
