The Perma-Lateral™ System is designed for 2” – 8” pipe diameters. The system can be installed through clean-outs or open end pipes. Only one access point is required. The liner can be ambient cured in 3 hours or steam cured in as little as 20 minutes. 2” to 4” diameter pipes can be rehabilitated up to 120FT+ in length, while 5” to 8” diameter pipes can be rehabilitated up to 600FT + in length. This is best selling small diameter pipeline rehabilitation system in North America!
THE PERMA-LATERAL™ LINING SYSTEM WAS DEVELOPED IN 1999 AND REMAINS THE TRUSTED BRAND IN SMALL DIAMETER PIPE LINING.
The Perma-Lateral™ inversion unit does all the work. The installer calibrates the correct inversion pressure while the liner inverts itself through the existing host pipe and the Certified Installer controls the speed to ensure proper installation. Once the liner is inverted and holding pressure, the Installer attaches a special cap to hold pressure during the curing time. The Perma-Lateral™ inversion unit is released and used for the next installation. The liner holding pressure is maintained using a portable air tank.
Allows the installer unlimited angles for optimal inversion head placement.
Allows a lateral push camera to be inserted inside the clear calibration tube, providing a visual certification of the liner placement prior to curing.
Allows the installer to direct the liner and calibration tube upstream or downstream, while lining through a cleanout.
The Perma-Lateral™ Scrim reinforcement eliminates stretch in the liner while inverting. There is no chance for the liner stretching and protruding past the termination point. This stretch-resistant lining material is for use with the #1 selling small diameter pipe lining system.
The Perma-Lateral™ ambient cure resin is formulated to meet the installer's needs. Perma-Liner™ has formulated its resin for all working temperatures. The Perma-Lateral™ epoxy resin will provide you plenty of working time with a 3 hour cure time. The epoxy is pre-formulated and shipped to you in 5 gallon containers. The formulation is a 2-part mix. You simply measure the quantity of resin needed and introduce it into the liner. There's no waste of materials. This system is user friendly!
